岗位职责
1、负责或协助总经理根据公司战略研究制定运营推广各阶段发展规划和目标及实现路径，并带领团队组织实施以达成各阶段经营目标；
2、负责团队的经营预算及成本控制、管理体系的建设及团队的建设；
3、独立挖掘、开发、维护渠道，完成团队每月绩效，制定并监督销售指标计划及完成情况；
4、新员工专业知识培训及产品培训，业务骨干业务能力检测、培训、考核；具备培训下属专业技能，协助管理团队成员的业务水平的提升；团队人力资源补充；
5、负责区域内整体规划和市场布局，并反馈市场信息为公司重大经营决策提供有效信息；
6、负责团队指标的分配，员工工作进度跟踪、辅导；建立维护长期良好的合作关系，维护和提高企业声誉；
7、负责协调处理各类市场问题以及日常销售事务。

任职要求
1、大学专科及以上学历，市场营销或经济、管理类专业优先考虑；
2、5年以上同业或医疗器械行业大额销售经验，3年以上团队管理经验，具备极强的市场营销能力和良好的渠道拓展能力；
3、有一定的医药、医疗机构行业人脉，能够为公司引荐较为优秀的销售人才；
4、具有强烈的成功欲望、敬业精神，良好的职业道德素养，品行端正，谈吐大方，形象气质好，心理素质佳；

    Shifang Health Management Co.，Ltd. is an e-Enterprise about health management integrating production, learning research and development. With Nanjing University and its affiliated hospital, our company has developed a health management service cloud platform, which is mainly composed of two applications named Shifang-health and Shifang-doctor. The platform will realize establishment of residents’ electronic health records, signing of the family doctors, administration of chronic diseases and combination of treatment and pension protection. Based on public grade III, class A hospitals’ medical center, it will offer reservation service after check-ups, treatment and health counseling by data analysis, as well as remote expert consultation, case analysis and academic exchanges so that the users are able to start their digital self-management through the software functions and intelligent hardware. All of these are creating a sharing cloud platform of users, private doctors and medical professionals.
     We has been authorized 7 patents and copyrighted 6 softwares, and we established an associated lab with Nanjing University. What’s more, a big contribution to innovation field in Jiangsu Province has been made by us.
