Job Description:

(1)Interface with BC for customer issues and quality improvement; host customer audits

(2)Working to drive improvement and development around customer issues

(3)Manage customer returns; coordinating 8D and Tracking actions items for 8D's

(4)PPAP coordination and submission

(5)Manage customer CSR and annual requirements

Competencies:

(1)Good product and process knowledge

(2)Understanding of customer requirements

(3)Good diagnostic skill in trouble shooting and finding root causes

(4)Ability to take a leadership role during a critical customer issue, or for continual improvements

(5)Ability to organize, plan and coordinate activities within and outside the department

(6)Ability to work on a flexible schedule; and ability to travel flexibly

(7)Effective global teaming in matrix organization

(8)Possess good communication skills to interface at all levels, including with customers

Qualification:

(1)Posses Engineering Bachelors Degree or equivalent

(2)Minimum 3 years of working experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing

(3)Familiar with TS16949 requirements; expertise in 8D, PPAP, APQP preferred
