职位描述：
What we offer:
1. Accomplish Product Development project to enhance product quality improvement and fulfill customer needs.
2. Conduct fundamental study to support the development of product technology and quality.
3. Improve the formulations of current product to strengthen existing business and meet customer new needs.
4. Research and develop new product and new process to extend new market and win higher margin.
5. Develop new raw material technology and replacement process to support new product development and Mold Compound business.

Who we are looking for?
1. Master’s Degree in any chemistry related field
2. Minimum of one (1) year related work experience
3. Experience in a semiconductor background / Epoxy mold compounds is highly preferred
4. Proficient in both oral and written Mandarin Chinese and English 举报 分享
