公司提供班车每天往返 厦门，班车路线：前埔-金尚路-仙岳路-海沧大桥-高速公路-漳州

工作职责：
1. 检验员的工作安排与管理
2. 准备相关培训资料，提供品质控制方面的在岗培训
3. 组织相关部门或人员，协调解决日常生产过程中的质量问题，
4. 评审、监控品质过程控制及运行效果
5. 评审已提议的流程、产品或测试系统变更
6. 参与新项目，提供品质方面的支持，评估品质方面的要求（如图纸审核、样品验证、供应商审核、控制计划等）
7. 开展失效模式与影响分析，编写、更新相关质量文件
8. 提供质量数据分析报告，提出改善措施并监督落实与反馈情况
9. 负责客户投诉问题的调查、评审，并采取相关纠正措施及实施，更新控制计划
10. 负责或参与相关质量改进项目，使用6西格玛工具进行质量改进
11. 遵守EHSS（环境、健康、安全、可持续发展）相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度，履行本岗位安全职责，并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任；贯彻执行公司和部门对安全生产的指令和要求，全面负责所领导团队的安全生产管理工作。

Job responsibility:
1. Inspector work arrangement and team management
2. Provide related quality training to workshop
3. Organize related departments to solve quality problems of production
4. Review, monitor quality process control and the operating effect
5. Review proposed procedures, product or testing system change
6. Get involved in new projects, provide quality support and make quality evaluation (drawings, samples, supplier audit, control plan, etc.)
7. Carry out FMEA procedure and effects analysis, and establish, maintain and update quality control plan
8. Prepare related quality reports, propose improvement measurements and supervise the implementing and feedback
9. In charge of customer complaint investigation, review and take corrective actions accordingly, update quality control plan
10. Lead or take part in related quality improvement projects, implement quality improvement with 6 sigma.
11. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position; to carry out the instructions and requirements on safety production of the company and department, fully responsible for the safety production management of the subordinate team.

任职资格：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，机械制造或化学工程相关专业
2. 3~8年工作经验，至少1年机械制造企业相关经验（不要求从事过质量管理工作，其他岗位经验如制造工程师等亦可）
3. 熟悉机械加工/热处理或注塑产品加工生产流程
4. 掌握SPC, FMEA, PPAP等质量工具，熟悉ISO质量管理体系
5. 熟练使用微软办公软件（word, excel, PPT）、CAD
6. 英文读写能力较强
7. 工作主动、积极，良好的团队沟通与协调能力，时间管理强，较强的问题分析与解决能力

Requirements:
1. 3-year college, diploma degree or above, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related major
2. 3-8 year work experience, and 1-year or above related experience in mechanical industry
3. Familiar with mechanical or injection moulding product manufacturing process
4. Familiar with SPC, FMEA, PPAP and ISO
5. Good at Microsoft office software and CAD
6. Can read and write in English at a daily basis
