Responsibilities:
Execute sales activities directly or through designated dealers
Manage regional sales planning and reporting, define regional sales targets with Professional Superior and monitor regional sales performance
Planand execute Earthmoving Equipment strategies with the Professional Superior tomotivate and enhance dealers sales performance
Be responsible for the monthly and annual sales targets for Earthmoving Equipmentin China defined by the management of LMS as well as the regional sales targetsachievement
Take a lead to develop and implement an operation plan with local sales and dealersto achieve the sales targets and successful relationship with customers for EarthmovingE quipment
Manage and coordinate with other team members on the cooperation with key accounts,agents and distributors
Establish,monitor and manage dealer network performance for Earthmoving Equipmentactivities in China to ensure EMT/MIN short and long-term objectives are met
Develop new dealers and train sales force of dealers to improve their performance for Earthmoving Equipment
Evaluate dealers sequentially and set dealers’ sales targets accordingly
Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with key process partners, such as Sales and Order Administration, Machine Sales and Service Managers, Finance Department etc.for Earthmoving Equipment business.
Coordinate with after-sales service actively and spare partssupply under any circumstance
Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows /exhibitions, advertisements etc.
Observe the market and its development, provide market analysisand reports to the Professional Superior
Communicate with Earthmoving Equipment product management of LMDand LMS to define common action plan to improve the sales
Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with professionalassociations and advertisement sources
Gather the information of customer and dealer’s feedback of Earthmoving Equipment and communicate with LMS service and LMD how to implement furtheraction.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 3-5 years working experience in sales/marketing for Earthmoving Equipment;
Know about the business etiquette in international culture
Be familiar with earthmoving/ mining equipment
Be familiar with marketing of heavy industrial product in China
