Responsibilities and Tasks

1)        Process piece part orders and update inventory control/ database; 

2)        Interface with domestic and overseas logistics operation centers; 

3)        Coordinate with customs brokers and prepare customs clearance documents; 

4)        Prepare shipping documents in accordance to customer requests; 

5)        Assist in the releasing of cargo to designated forwarders; 

6)        Monitor parts reception, stock, shipping with commercial department; 

7)        Participate in local and regional goods return activities;  

8)        Report the logistic KPI list to supervisors;   

9)        Responsible for daily warehouse management and operation; 

10)     Ensure warehouse to be safe and healthy; 

11)     Improve inventory and logistics management; 

12)     Keep bonded policy updated; 

13)     Load/unload, pack/unpack incoming goods; 

14)     Inspect the condition/parameter/certificates of incoming goods and packages; 

15)     Withdraw parts from store according to the workshop demand; 

16)     Update and maintain inventory level in the MFG Pro system; 

17)     Make life cycle stock check for all parts and record the result; 

18)     Monitor the storage, tracking and movement of stock within the warehouse to ensure accurate records; 

19)     Update and analyze inventory forecast report; 

20)     Monitor the shelf life of warehouse component and Piece part stock and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to arrange turn back for repair and re-certificate; 

21)     Clear up and keep the warehouse clean every day;      

Requirements 

1)      College degree or Professional Certificate preferred, but not required; 

2)      Logistic, warehouse management related major;   

3)      Customer service, logistics, customs clearance; 

4)      3 or more years working experience in store keeping; 

5)      Familiar with a fully integrated ERP system, MFG-Pro experience preferred;   

6)      Good communication skills. Able to communicate with English (Oral and written); 

7)      Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; 

8)      Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations; 

9)      Basic computer knowledge, familiar with MS word, excel and PowerPoint;   

10)      Responsibility and hardworking with honest character; 

11)      Strong communication and coordination skills; 

12)   Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; 

13)   Ability to understand and comply with all company procedures, quality instructions and regulatory requirements; 14)   Strong team spirit; 

15)   Cross-cultural competence; 

16)   Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a   variety of changing situations.
