职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．负责土建图纸的审核，工地现场考察、勘察、测绘，进行土建工程概预算，督促设计单位按要求对图纸进行修改和完善；
2．负责解决现场土建工程的施工问题，协调设计部门解决存在的设计问题，提出解决方案；
3．施工过程中，负责土建施工质量、进度和成本的控制，解决施工中出现的具体专业技术问题；
4．协助招标工作，参加招标工程图纸答疑，提供相关技术文件；
5．参与验收，做好相关过程管理资料的收集和整理；
6．完成领导交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：
1．大学本科及以上学历，建筑、工民建、土木工程类相关专业；
2．5年以上施工现场管理工作经验
3．熟悉国家及地方相关法规、政策，熟悉土建类施工图、施工管理和有关土建的施工规范及要求，掌握项目规划、建筑设计、施工、验收规范等基本建设程序；
4．善于沟通，能独立协调工程现场各方关系。
