工作职责：

1、负责公司服务品质的监督、改善；

2、负责制定部门巡检计划、拟写巡视报告、督导报告、持续改进计划等，并负责结果监控；

3、品质管理体系运行控制文件的编写和贯彻执行工作；




任职资格：

1、大专以上文化，8年以上物业管理行业经验，3年以上同等职位经验。

2、5年以上ISO运营维护经验。

3、能独立组织编制适合企业实际情况的文件体系，并能成功组织实施。

4、电脑操作熟练。

5、工作责任心强，能承受大量的工作压力。

6、具有良好的服务意识与沟通技巧。

7、具有卓越的领导与统筹能力。
