职位描述：
1. Supplier searching and verification, focus on indirect material and service supplier consolidation. Working as the key window to suppliers作为关键的供应商联系人，有较多的供应商资源和识别能力，较强的资源和供应商整合能力
2. Be responsible for purchasing of MRO materials and services. 负责MRO类材料和服务的采购
3. Price and contract negotiation with suppliers. Supplier performance evaluation. Document control, including PO, contract, supplier certification. 较强的成本和合同管控能力；负责供应商评估，文件管理包括PO号、合同和供应商资质等
4. Follow up after the purchasing contract been signed合同签订后的持续跟踪
5. Lead cost-saving projects defined by the Purchasing Manager 严格的成本管控
6. Be in keep with the requirements of cost, time schedule and quality, work closely with suppliers and other departments to solve the problems. 在节约成本、节省时间和保证质量的前提下，与供应商一起解决各部门的相应问题
7. Comply with the purchasing procedures of company strictly.严格遵守公司采供政策
8. Provide support in local data collection, participate in the maintenance of the spend-analysis database在本地数据收集上提供支持，参与维护
9. Ensure supplier performance based on Key Purchasing Indicators 严格掌控供应商KPI
10. Continues improvement on the work. 在工作中持续改进并学习

Requirements:
1. At least 3years working experiences in Purchasing function 3年采购经验
2. Bachelor degree; Engineering background preferred 本科及以上学历，工程类专业优先考虑
3. Experiences in MRO purchasing and SAP system preferred MRO采购经验
4. Result oriented with strong written and oral communications skills. 以结果为导向并有非常强的口头和书面沟通能力
5. Strong ability in negotiation and pricing analysis 非常强的谈判和价格分析能力
6. International mind set, new project experience a plus. 国际化思维，有项目经验的优先考虑
7. Good oral and written English skill. 较好的书面和口头英语能力
8. Proactive, self-motivated. 自律
9. Positive attitude for problem solving. 乐观
