职位描述
工作内容：
1、 会计工作 Accounting：
- 监督日常会计工作和结账；
Supervise day-to-day accounting work and periodical close
- 实施和确保会计系统的完整；
Implement and ensure accounting system integrity (JDE,HBS)
- 作为嘉吉公司CFR 和事业部财务团队的沟通桥梁确认不寻常和复杂会计事务的处理
Liaise with Cargill’s CFR and BU accounting department to confirm unusual and complex accounting treatments
2、 财务报告Financial Reporting：
- 承担定期给董事会财务报告的准备工作，确保数字的准确和连贯；
Take charge of the preparation of periodical financial reporting package to Shareholder’s requirement, and ensure correctness and consistency with the accounting system
- 审核给嘉吉公司的财务报告并确保准确；
Review periodical financial reports to Cargill and ensure the correctness
- 审核给当地政府部门的报告确保准确性和连贯性；
Review periodical financial reports to local authorities and ensure the correctness and compliance
- 根据需要提供其它会计信息；
Provide other accounting data per requests
3、 合规性 Compliance：
- 确保工作符合嘉吉公司会计和财务报告的要求；
Ensure compliance with Cargill accounting and reporting requirements
- 确保工作符合中国会计准则，税法和统计制度的要求；
Ensure compliance with all China GAAP and Tax, Statistics regulations
- 计划和带领审计工作的完成；
Plan and lead local statutory audit
4、 人才管理和发展Talent management & development；
- 监督、指导、发展和培训团队成员；
Supervise, coach, develop and train team members
- 承担必要的员工管理，确保团队人数适当、拥有足够的专业知识和能力，并且敬业；
Make staffing decisions as necessary to ensure the accounting staff is right sized, knowledgeable, capable and engaged
职位要求：
1、 大学本科学历，专业为会计、财务或是相关学科；
University/College Degree holder of Accounting or Finance, or related
2、 5年以上生产型企业工作经验；
Over 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment,
3、5年以上会计或是财务部门的工作经验；
Over 5 years working experience in Accounting or Finance department,
4、3年以上主管工作经验；
Over 3 years team-leader working experience in supervisor position
5、 熟知中国会计准则和美国会计准则；
In-depth knowledge of PRC GAAP and good understanding of US GAAP
6、 熟知中国的税法、银行和SAFE法规;
Good understanding of PRC Tax, banking and SAFE regulations
7、 自觉主动工作能够承受工作压力；
Able to work independently under heavy pressure with minimal supervision
8、 良好的英语汉语沟通能力；
Capable communication in English and Mandarin
9、 熟练操控办公软件， 如：word, excel 和PPT;
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Software Suite like Word,Excel and Power Point
10、优秀的团队领导者；能够带领和影响多文化的团队去实现共同的目标；
Good team player and team leader，ability to lead and influence a multi-cultural team to achieve common
goals.
