职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain and manage recruiting channel and system
2. In charge of recruiting based on annual operation hc plan ;
3. Implement the organization's employee relation strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances.
4. Resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
5. Provide support to managers and employees on interpretation of HR policies and guidelines.
6. Create and execute employee activities including employees satisfaction survey
7. Positively participate, listen and release employee’s complaint.
8. Coaching team members to achieve team performance and continues improve team’s productivity
9. Conduct exit interview for resigned employees.
10.Employee activities cost control.
11.Responsible for communication channels development and management, such as GM communication session, suggestion box, etc.
12. Provide coach and guidance to subordinate, supervise subordinate’s performance.
Qualifications
1. Diploma degree or above
2. Excellent English ability
3. Minimum 5 years experience in HR affair in a multinational company environment.
4. Mature, resourceful and independent with a high degree of integrity.
5. Strong qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good leadership.
