JOB SUMMARY
Manage new product introduction projects and change management of existing products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Monitors and analyzes yield trends and takes / recommends proactive measures to avoid any potential product related issues.
? Participate to new product development, qualification of test package and its transfer to manufacturing.
? Responsible for product characterization and qualification of changes.
? Creates, maintains and revises manufacturing documentations (48A, BOM and bonding diagram specifications, etc).
? Supports product transfer.
? Participates in the projects to improve yields, cycle time, quality and reduce costs.
? Works with manufacturing, QA, FQE, and BU product engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
? Performs other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
? A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is preferred.
? With minimum 2 years relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Possess knowledge on product characteristics, manufacturing processes and equipment capabilities.
? Knowledge on tester & handler platform.
? Able to gather, organize and analyze information/data.
? Possess sound analytical knowledge and skills.
? Able to lead team to improve product quality / yield / cost / cycle time.
? Exhibits proactive project leadership skills.
? CET6 or above English communication skills is preferred
