1.建立和完善财务部门，建立科学、系统财务体系，进行有效的内部控制；
2.组织领导财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计、存货控制等方面工作；
3.利用财务核算与会计管理原则为公司经营决策提供依据；
4.制定和管理税收政策和方案，协调外部相关关系，维护公司利益；
5.团队管理及其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融相关专业；
2.中级以上职称，注会、注税优先；
3.8年以上财务相关工作经验，5年以上地产财务管理经验；
4.至少3年团队管理经验，严谨细致，愿意承担较大工作压力。
