Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help to organize all kinds of activities assigned by supervisor.
- Help to coordinate employee communication meeting and prepare related files.
- Help to handle labor union issues and organize labor union meetings and activities.
- In charge of some employee benefits and awards application and release, etc.
- In charge of employee behavior regulation breaking punishment.
- In charge of organizing company newsletter edit.
- Help to make ER calendar and spending reports.
- Manage HR warehouse.
- Manage company gymnasium and other sports equipment.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Be familiar with office software, like Powerpoint, Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organization capability.
- Good problem resolving, can work independently
- Good team player, self-initiative, possesses integrity, team-work spirit.
