Job Description
The Data Integration Support Analyst will be responsible for managing the data integration activities associated with external sellers. Working with Content Team and Category Managers, this position will interface with multiple accounts throughout the integration cycle and therefore the candidate must be a highly organized person with demonstrated analytic as well as communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Partner with Content Team and Category Managers to manage sellers data integration issues related to data exchanges, including data requirements definition, development, testing, integration, and data support ticket.
? Implement QA measures, reports and processes across multiple products and sellers.
? Monitor, identify, track and resolve all daily data integration issues associated with the delivery of seller services. Manage the data issue resolution process from start to finish both internally and external organization.
? Work with sellers to communicate product specific data requirements. Analyze seller data to identify adherence to data requirements, critical gaps within data sets, and to develop acceptable processes for any data exceptions.
Special and Education Requirements:
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a technical role
? A minimum of 1 years' experience in data and report analytics roles.
? Knowledge of file security and file transmission techniques
? Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English, including the development of customer reports, proposals, presentations, and training/communications materials.
? Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, and MS Access are critical).
? Ability to adapt to work in a constantly evolving environment with high growth
? Experience working with ecommerce data is a plus.
? Experience with XML and EDI/File receipt/transmissions is a plus.
