岗位职责：
1、负责协助完善铸造工艺，制定相应的工艺技术文件，并跟踪验证，确保其有效性；
2、协助对铸造厂家进行技术指导、培训；配合质量部、供应计划部，检查、督促生产人员按有关标准、工艺、规范进行生产操作，协助解决各类工艺质量问题，提高铸件的“一次交检合格率”和“准时交付率”；

3、开展新工艺、新技术试验，不断提高铸件质量，减少废品损失，降低制造成本；

4、具备良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应较长时间出差。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，铸造相关专业。通过铸造工程师资格认证考试优先；

2、三年以上铸造企业相关岗位工作经历并熟悉ISO质量管理体系；
3、熟练使用CAD绘图，至少熟悉使用一个三维设计软件（Por/E、SoildWorks）。
