职位描述：
岗位职责Major Tasks of Position：
1. 严格按化验室标准操作程序操作，及时准确地做好原材料、过程控制和成品的分析；
Be responsible for complying with SOP, make analysis of materials, process and products timely and accurately;
2. 根据质量体系认证的有关规定做好化验记录，正确处理和整理化验数据，按要求做好分析数据的传送工作，如有“报警数值”需立即上报；
Be responsible for making the analysis records according the regulations of QSM, deal with and transmit the data properly, report “precautionary value” immediately;
3. 正确使用化验室的各种分析仪器，并做好维护、保养、校正工作，仪器工作异常时，应及时汇报并协助解决；
Be responsible for using maintaining and calibration the instruments properly, report and resolve it if instruments work abnormally;
4. 做好化学药品的领用、保管和安全使用等工作，尤其要做到对有毒、易燃和浓酸、碱等物资的保管工作，严防丢失和破损。负责实验室试剂的管理工作；
Be responsible for managing the receiving, storage and using of chemical reagent safely and properly, particularly for the hazardous material; be responsible for the management of laboratory reagent.
5. 严格遵守公司安全规定，佩戴安全防护用品，紧急安全事故在第一时间汇报，并根据SOP采取适当处置措施；
Strictly comply with the safety regulation, wear the PPE as required; Take appropriate actions according to SOP and report to superior immediately in case of any emergency;
6. 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，服从现场管理，参与内部学习。优化实验室的SOP文件并做好维护实施；
Strictly obey the disciplines and the line management, participate in the internal training; update 、 maintain and implement the SOP document of lab.
7.负责实验室标准试剂的配制标定工作；
Be responsible for the preparation and standardization of titrant.
8. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格Requirement & Qualification：
教育背景Education：中专学历以上，化工专业technical school or above, major in chemistry
工作经验Experience：三年以上化学试验工作经验above 3 years work experience in chemical laboratory
电脑技能IT Skills：基本的Word和Excel应用能力basic skills of MS Word and Excel 举报 分享
