Position Summary

岗位概述

COMMERCIAL MANAGER:

- Commercial Sales and project execution coordination

- Contract negotiations for sales projects

- Maintain administrative contact with major clients

- Represent the GM of the Divisions on occasional business trips

- Contact with customers in terms of commercial negotiation matters

- Prepare commercial documents for contract negotiations and tender participations

- Prepare commercial proposal in pre-sales stage

In addition:

- Support to the commercial project managers internal and abroad

- Manage preparation for commercial contracts independently

- Subsequently, following the maturity of the planned training program:

Preparation of commercial contract drafts

Commercial negotiations

Implement Andritz sales policy and legal terms into commercial contract documents

- Responsible and take care of safety of subordinates

Competence

任职资格

- University Degree with major of business or legal or foreign trade

- Excellent English communication skill both in writing and speaking

- Knowledge of the contract law of P.R.C

- Basic knowledge of the import & export practice in P.R.C

- More than five years working experience

- Excellent at PC and office software
