Major Tasks of Position岗位职责：

1. Be responsible for organizing and supervising the operation of boiler and water treatment facilities, make sure the facilities running safely, stably and economically to meet the demands of production;

组织与监督锅炉和水处理装置的运行与操作，确保在安全稳定高效的状态下运行，满足生产需要；

2. Be responsible for organizing and supervising coal preparation and for boilers and the operation of slag-tapping devices;

组织与监督煤的准备工作和出渣装置的运行与操作；

3. Be responsible for organizing the examination and maintenance of equipments, supervise employees finishing the maintenance job to ensure the facilities are in good condition and running smoothly;

积极组织配合检维修工作，督促班组成员做好设备、设施、器材、器具的检查维护工作，确保状态完好和运行正常；

4. Be responsible for communication with related departments to ensure the coal, water and electricity supply and facilities running smoothly;

负责与相关部门的沟通，确保能源及原料供应正常和装置运转正常；

5. Try to find the safety and operation hazards by routine check and make the primary analysis; Organize the professional force to deal with the hazards in time, make the records and report to supervisors; Participate in accident diagnoses, put the precautionary measures into effect;

通过巡检能尽早地发现并确认可能的安全和运行隐患，同时对这些风险做初步分析；及时专业地组织力量消除，记录并及时向上级汇报。参加事故调查分析，落实防范措施；

6. Be responsible for implementing the safety operational order, organize the primary action in case of any emergency; Training and supervising employees wear the PPE properly and use fire extinguishers in correct way;

认真贯彻执行公司安全生产指令，负责紧急事故处理程序的前期组织指挥，督促教育职工合理使用劳保用品，正确使用灭火器材；

7. Be responsible for making daily boiler operation reports, and prepare weekly reports according to the instructions. Give truthful data feedback on the consumption and productivity of the boilers. Carry out economic operation accounting.

负责完成每日锅炉运行报表，根据指令做好周报，如实反馈锅炉消耗和产能数据，做好经济运行核算。

8. Be responsible for managing and supervising the normal work of employees, make sure every employees fulfill the job according to SOP, make sure all kinds of discipline be complied. Participate in employee performance appraisal, coach and help employees to improve;

管理和监督员工的日常工作，确保每个员工按SOP履行其职责，确保操作纪律、劳动纪律的严格执行落实。参与对员工的绩效评价，辅导与帮助员工改进；

9. Be responsible for organizing and supervising the normal work within department, such as operation data recording, hand over and take over procedure, regular shift meeting, 5S management, internal training in shift;

组织与监督员工完成本部门各项常规工作，如运行参数记录、交接班程序、班组例会召开、现场5S维护、班组内部学习等；

10. Other jobs assigned by superiors.

完成主管交办的其他工作。
