岗位职责Major Tasks of Position：

1. 负责建立和维护工厂质量环境体系手册文件；

Responsible for setting up and maintaining QEM system;

2. 与相关部门沟通协调，确保工厂的质量环境体系的执行和持续改善；

Co-operate with related dept. to ensure the implementation and improvement of the QEM system in the plant;

3. 监督协调相关部门确保质量环境体系/程序得到培训；

In charge of / coordinate the training for the operation employees regarding the QEM system / procedures

4. 收集和总结KPI数据，帮助管理者进行有关报告；

Collect and summarize the KPI data and help manager conduct related reports;

5. 建立审计计划，根据不同的审计要求，处理所有内部和外部审计和跟踪整改措施和改进；

Establish the audit plan according to the requirements of different audit, handle all internal and external audits and follow up corrective actions and improvement;

6. 统计质量和环境数据，并提交相关负责部门或客户；

Responsible for the statistic of the QEM data and submitting to related dept. and customer;

7. 部门经理交办的其他事宜。

Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.

任职资格Requirement & Qualification：

教育背景Education：大专学历College graduate

工作经验Experience：至少三年化工厂体系管理经验，跨国公司优先Minimum 1 year experiences of system management in chemical plant, preferably in multinational companies

技术能力Technical skills：ISO9001&14001体系的建立与实施，熟悉政府HSEQ方面的规章制度 ISO9001&14001 setting and implementing, Familiar with governmental regulations of HSEQ

管理技能Management skills：无要求N/A

语言能力Language Skills：良好的口头与书面英语Good in English both orally and written

电脑技能IT Skills： Word、Excel、PPT，SAP经验优先Word, Excel, PPT, SAP experience preferred

核心能力Core competency：主动性、问题解决能力、创造力与执行力、灵活性、服从与正直、团队精神Initiative & ownership, problem-solving, creativity & fast action, adaptability/flexibility/mobility, company compliance & integrity, team work

其他Others：自我管理、沟通技能、展示技能Self management, communication skills, presentation skills
