岗位职责Major Tasks of Position：

1.Responsible for production according to production plan; ensure high utilization of product unit;

2.Responsible for working safety, environmental protection, product quality in compliance with Local and Lanxess Policy;

3.Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs and checks of technical equipment together with Engineering and HSEQ;

4.Responsible for training and coaching of the production personnel to meet production targets including quantity, quality, plant availability and HSE;

5.Efficiency improvement, e.g. shift arrangement, motivation system, equipment adjustment; continuous technical improvement with regard to both production process and technical equipment;

6.Ensure good internal communication and cooperation within production team, make sure the good cooperation with all other departments; Coordinate and be responsible for investigate and resolve the technical issues occurred during production, including process issues, quality issues, etc.;

7.Write SOP’s and keep them updated (english and Chinese);

8.Other tasks assigned by General manager.

任职资格Requirement & Qualification：

Education：Bachelor degree, majored in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Experience：Minimum 5 years experiences of production management in chemical plant, preferably in multinational companies

Technical skills：Detailed knowledge of the production process, good knowledge of technical equipment

Management skills：Delegation for the result, decision-making, leadership & motivation, coaching & staff development, strategic thinking

Language Skills：Good in English both orally and written

IT Skills： Word、Excel、PPT，SAP experience preferred

Core competency：Initiative & ownership, problem-solving, creativity & fast action, adaptability/flexibility/mobility, company compliance & integrity, team work

Others：Self management, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
