Responsibilities:

1,Provide a reference point for ‘Best in Class’ quality standards and benchmark individual plants performance against competitors.

2,Seriously implement state quality policy, cement standards, cement enterprise quality management procedures. Organizing all personnel learning quality policy and technology, summary quality management experience, and constantly improve the quality of the department personnel and technical quality.

3,Develop and maintain a group wide Quality Control philosophy, obtain buy-in from each plant and implement up-dates and know revisions.

4,Benchmark plant Quality Control performance across the Group and implement best practices found uniformly. Manage and maintain the quality control system. Ensure reliability and accessibility between plants.

5,Develop and formulate training plans according to identified needs.

Qaulification:

1. Major in chemistry and quality related, Bachelor Degree or above;

2. Familiar with cement production technology, 5 years or above quality management experience;

3. Proficient in clinker, cement production technology, quality control, quality inspection, quality management knowledge. Master relevant quality index inspection technology;

4. Familiar with the industry standards and relevant quality regulations, especially ISO9001 quality management system.

5. Good health, good organizational management and communication skills.

6. Good at English reading and writing is a must,fluent in listening & speaking is preferred.
