Major Tasks主要岗位职责

1. 维持所有公用设施、锅炉、焚烧炉、循环冷却水系统以及废水处理装置的正常运行，以支持工厂生产；

Maintain smooth operation of all utilizes/Boiler/WWT units to fit and support the plant production;

2. 监督并管理公用设置、锅炉和废水处理装置的轮班作业；

Supervise and manage the shift operating of utilities/Boiler/WWT;

3. 准备焚烧炉燃料及锅炉所需的煤消耗与库存预算；

Prepare the budget of coal demand and inventory for boiler;

4. 协助工厂有关公用设施、锅炉和废水处理的项目；

Support the projects of plant related to utilities/Boiler/WWT;

5. 维护废水处理单位的运行，以期达到标准要求；

Maintain the WWT unit operating to fulfill all related standards/codes;

6. 协助政府部门对锅炉和废水处理的日常检查与监督工作；

Support the regular inspection/monitoring organized by authorities on Boiler/WWT;

7. 部门经理交办的其他事宜；

Other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.

Requirements任职资格

- 大专学历，工程技术相关专业College graduate, engineering/technical related major

- 至少5年化工厂技术运用经验At least 5 years experience on technical discipline in chemical plant

- 锅炉与废水运行技术Skill in boiler and WWT operating

- 领导与激励、员工辅导与发展Leadership & motivation, coaching & staff development

- 能应用少许英语Can speak and write little English

- 基本办公软件应用能力Basic skills of office software

- 主动性、问题解决能力、创造力与执行力、灵活性、服从与正直、团队精神Initiative & ownership, problem-solving, creativity & fast action, adaptability/flexibility/mobility, company compliance & integrity, team work
