职位描述
岗位职责：
1、熟悉BIPOLAR、CMOS等工艺的元件模型，指导工程师完成MODEL的验证，并DEBUG 模
型中的缺陷与不足。
2、熟悉各种IC元件和分立元件的模型结构与定义，并可在各种工具间熟练转换；指导工
程师规范模型定义。
3、负责模拟电路或混合信号电源IC的规格参数制定，负责搭建相应模块和整体芯片，并
仿真验证。
4、熟悉数模混合电路版图的布局要求，指导工程师完成版图设计，确保版图设计符合
电路设计要求。
5、负责提出IC的测试SPEC，对IC工程样片、封装芯片和验证样板，提出测试计划和测试
方案，指导或完成设计测试PCB；并跟踪中测和成测厂家完成相关测试。
6、熟悉实验室测试设备，指导和参与工程样片和验证样板的测试验证，完成测试评估报告。
7、组织和协调相关人员，完成项目的规格参数制定，设计验证，生产加工和测试验证等相
关事宜。
8、组织相关人员完成重大技术难题的解决，参与并提出解决方案和建议，对重大技术难题
负相关责任。
9、完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
刚性指标
1、本科以上学历，5年以上模拟IC设计经验；
2、具备扎实的电子电路和晶体管的理论基础，
3、熟悉IC设计流程、方法及工具；
4、有丰富的正向设计IC产品的经验，且至少独立设计过多款已批量生产的产品。
5、能正确理解客户的需求，顺利完成产品的规格参数的定义和制定。
6、有能力领导项目团队完成既定的设计任务。
优先指标
1、逻辑思维能力强，分析问题条理清晰，思路敏捷者优先。
2、具有电源管理类IC、MCU设计经验者优先。
3、熟悉HSPICE、SPECTRE等仿真工具，熟悉各种元件的HSPICE、SPECTRE模型参数的定义
和模型格式，并能在各种工具间相互转换者优先
4、有项目团队的组织经验，协调、管理能力突出者优先。
