职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. 布勒（常州）机械有限公司位于风景优美、交通便捷的天目湖工业园区，是瑞士布勒集团在中国的全资公司。主要生产饲料机械、牧草机械、港口机械，并为客户提供成套交钥匙工程及全方位售后服务。公司不仅是集团在中国的饲料机械生产和研发中心，也是联系中国饲料工业客户的专业窗口。

Duties

• Analysis of monthly / quarterly / year-end closing with regards to:
• - Customer project closings / review of accruals
• - Analysis and review of customer service business results
• - Verification of local income statement incl. cost center analysis, allocations etc.
• - Verification of hour allocation, internal orders,
• individual detail analysis regarding cost development
• 分析月度/季度/年度相关内容：
• - 每月项目结算，按权责发生制进行工程项目结算
• - 分析及审核客服业务指标
• - 审核本地损益表，成本中心报表，费用归集等
• - 审核工时归集和内部订单
• - 分析个别成本发展状况及曲线
• Analysis of accounts receivables / accounts payables / A/R overdue management in BU level
• 分析各业务单元应收应付账款以及逾期应收账款
• Preparation of forecast, MTP, budget (income statement)
• 预测收入成本，中长期计划以及预算（损益表）
• Coordination and cooperation with local finance manager
• 配合和协调当地财务经理的工作
• Coaching of reporting of plant projects in SAP Business Warehouse
• 在SAP中进行工程项目汇报
• Support and training of project managers
• 支持和培训项目经理
• Act as contact person of customer project reporting
• 组织客户项目汇报
• Supervision and analysis of customer projects and support project managers in case of major deviations
• 监督和分析客户的项目并支持项目经理的工作以减少项目预算成本和项目实际成本的偏差
• Ensure and improve quality of reports/comments of project managers
• 对项目经理评估报告的质量进行把关
• Preparation of other special analysis and reporting
• 准备其他特定的分析和报告
• Build-up of know-how of SAP, Hyperion and MS Office
• 积累SAP，Hyperion和MS Office的相关知识

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance Management or business administration or related.
• 本科及以上学历，财务管理或工商管理相关专业
• >3-5 years experience in controlling/accounting; preferred experience in big 4 or project SAS controlling
• 有3-5年的项目成本控制或会计经验，在四大行或SAS控制有相关经验的人员优先
• Good user- knowledge related to IT- tools such as SAP , Hyperion and MS office
• 熟练使用相关IT工具，例如SAP，Hyperion和MS Office
• English writing and speaking skills
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• Drive for change; do the first step as a leader; drive people to change, manage change (overcome resistance, involve others, focus on advantages)
