Key Responsibilities关键职责

1、As an Engineer, support supervisor to reach the department target.

2、Improve and Maintain facilities to assure high efficiency and quality.

3、Analyze and improve quality, energy cost and delivery.

分析和改进质量、成本、交货期

4、Engine ATPU equipment maintenance control activity

发动机总装/测试/喷漆设备控制维护活动

5、Take an active part to a serious breakdown and a complex breakdown and solve it.

对重大而复杂的故障，灵活积极地予以解决

6、Be responsible for designing automatic control system and access for IT.

负责工厂设备自动控制设计及与IT接口的设计

7、Be responsible for training and supporting to automation system.

负责工厂自动控制系统的运行培训, 技术支持

8、Teach the technician the maintenance skill at a high level.

定期给维修工作技术培训

9、Monthly report and action planning are managed for maintenance workplace.

负责区域维护职场的月报及行动计划推进

10、Spare part management progress leader of assembly maintenance workplace.

担当本区域维护职场的备品备件管理推进者

Qualification任职资格:

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor education or above, automation or electromechanical is preferred.

本科及以上，自动化/机电一体化专业优先。

Experiences工作经验:

More than three years electrical maintenance and automation control experience in test cell & assembly equipment industry.

三年以上总装设备/测试台架电气的维护经验及自动化控制工作经验

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

1） Familiar with the relevant rules and regulations of the enterprise device management.

熟悉企业设备管理的有关规章和规定；

2） Familiar with equipment control theory and methods of failure solving in test cell & assembly equipment industry.

熟悉测试台架和总装各类设备的电气控制原理及故障解决方法；

3） Familiar with PLC & CNC control and program, circuit drawings and electrical knowledge;

掌握可编程序控制及CNC控制原理、电路制图、强弱电气相关专业知识；

4）Master electrical theory, the principle of electrical automation, industrial design maintenance, electrical drawing, and general machinery, and other relevant expertise.

掌握电工原理、电气自动化原理、工控设计维修、电制图和一般机械等相关专业知识；

5） Understanding MES system and access design for IT

了解MES系统及IT接口的设计知识。

Skills技能:

1） Based on equipment performance and use of the preparation of various types of equipment PM / the TPM.

能对设备的性能和使用状况编制各类设备的PM/TPM；

2） Based on equipment status and production requirements, Proposed and implemented equipment modification or update, adjustment programs

能针对设备状况和生产需求，提出并实施设备改造或更新、调整方案；

3） The preparation of equipment maintenance costs budget, reasonable cost of repairing a reasonable procurement of spare parts apply .

具有编制设备维修费用预算，合理使用修理费用、提出合理的备件采购申请的能力；

4） Capable of repair of equipment failures and major equipment failure, accident analysis, production and site equipment inspection, mistake proofing improvements to propose a solution.

具有对设备故障修理及重大设备故障、事故分析、生产现场设备检查、防错改进提出解决方案的能力；

5） Training of maintenance operators control knowledge to help the team the ability to upgrade their skills.

具有培训维修工控制知识，帮助团队提升技能的能力；

6） The ability to writing the summary and main production equipment failure reports

具有撰写工作小结和主要生产设备故障报告的能力。

7） Basic personal computer's skill and knowledge.

熟练操作各类办公软件；

8） Be good at English communication, coordination skill, and flexible ideas, punctilious person.

熟练的沟通技巧，较熟练运用英语交流,灵活的思维方式；

9） Experiences in MES system and maintenance of test cell is preferred .

有MES经验和测试台架维修经验者优先
