职位描述：
1. The Designer/Stylist is intimately involved and subordinated in the overall strategic
target and focus of the Benecke-Kaliko Group.
2. The Designer/Stylist maintain intense relationship to the relevant departments (Design,
Styling, Quality Assurance, Engineering) at the customers (OEM, Tier One,…) in the
development and start of production (SOP) period with the objective and designated
target on acquisition of new projects and development of new surfaces.
3. The Designer/Stylist is responsible for the assigned OEM’s. He/she reports in defined
cycles and in relation to the special requirements of the projects.
4. Permanent analysis of the interior automotive market and the activities of the
competitors by using defined reporting standards.
5. The Designer/Stylist creates and defines the surface of BK-products regarding color, gloss,
grain and haptic, that fulfill the OEM design and technical surface requirements from
the concept, draft phase until the final appearance approval of the customer.
6. Transformation of the customer surface requirements into the BK product specification
regarding color, gloss, grain and haptic, to obtain surface approval.
7. Pattern development for grain- and decorative printing rollers (including necessary
investments) within the agreed timeline and budget until transformation in serial tools
and products.
8. Graphic design for pattern development and Techshows, Marketing events, etc.
9. Take over additional tasks from Director Design Office Asia

Qualification 资资要求:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree of Product Design or Industrial Design.
2. Several years ( 2 – 3 years) of expertise in automotive interior design.
3. Languages: fluently Mandarin and English
4. High level of creativity and capability for analytical approach.
5. Software knowledge: Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat professional, Corel draw, Rhinocerous 3D or similar.
6. Very good capability for color assessment and color differenciation ( pass Ishikawa and
Munsell test).
7. Knowledge of colorimetry and the utilization of colorimetry.
8. Ability to work in international and interdisciplinary internal and external teams.
9. Assertivness.
10. Willingness for business trips even globally. 举报 分享
