职位描述：
岗位职责
1、健全和完善公司质量管理体系，全面负责公司质量管理工作，确保质量管理目标达标；
2、负责质量体系审核、产品审核、过程审核的组织策划工作；
3、按公司现行的质量管理规定和标准，组织本科室及生产班组有效开展质量管理工作；
4、负责公司计量具及专用检具的管理；
5、拟定和完善各质量控制环节的原材料、外协件、半成品、成品的检验标准，并落实执行；
6、组织本科室及时总结经常出现的质量问题，归纳成培训教材，并及时安排对员工进行培训和贯彻传达，避免同类事件再次发生；
7、每月末对本月的产品品质进行汇总统计，分析产品品质水平状况，提出下月或下阶段的品质工作计划和重点攻关项目；
8、及时处理下工序或客户反馈的质量问题，并不断巩固改善成果；
9、参与新产品验证过程的品质计划书的编制，并组织执行；
10、按时按量按质完成上级临时交办的其它工作任务。

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销\机械工程类等专业；
2、3年以上工厂销售、质量管理工作经验，具有工作热情和行业信息，具市场开拓能力；
3、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
4、任职者需具有健康的体魄和充沛的精力，高度强烈的责任心与开拓进取精神，品行端正、独立性强，具有较强的团队精神。 举报 分享

公司生产主要设备有：三元催化器封装自动生产线11条，消声器、排气管、排气歧管自动焊接机器人工作站92座。

    公司在三元催化器、消声器、排气管及排气歧管等产品上采用高性能催化剂、全不锈钢壳体材料及进口镀铝材料进行制造，运用进口的专业自动化生产设备，采用先进的自动焊接生产工艺，通过严格的性能检测设备和质量管理，使生产的产品具有性能优良、使用寿命长等特点，达到国家或欧洲汽车排放标准，获得了用户和市场的高度认可。所有生产线其主要核心设备全部采用进口设备，以实现全自动化生产，实现数字化，智能化，向工业4.0迈进。

    Lihe group was founded in 1997, the Lihe Exhaust Control System Co, LTD was established in 2005, Liuzhou. We are always focusing on technological innovation and , society services. We received the ISO/TS16949-2009 quality system certification. Furthermore, we are named as The National High-tech Enterprise since 2010 by Guangxi Department of Science and Technology . We have holding 10 national patents in automobile exhaust system. The company is committed to car exhaust systems research and development, manufacture and sales. The company is constituted with the Lihe Institute of Technology(LIT), the project development center, sales department, purchasing department, manufacturing plant, etc. We have Liuzhou, Qingdao, Chongqing, Jakarta(Indonesia).
The company mainly produces automobile exhaust manifold, 3-way catalysts converter assembly, the exhaust pipe assembly, muffler assembly, etc. Manufacturing felicities include 1 manifold lines and welding robot workstation with an annual production capacity of up to 180000 sets. 8 catalysts production line is implemented with international advanced push type + MCS flexible packaging technology producing catalysts encapsulation with 3 million annul production rate. Our product could reach Chinese National Ⅵ/Euro V emission standards. We also has 65 exhaust pipe assembly and muffler assembly welding robot workstations with annual production capacity of 3 million sets and including 1 million sets reserved capacity, which is China's largest exhaust system OEM supplier for the MVP type vehicles. All main manufacturing robots,machines and validation sets are developed with major manufacturing equipment suppliers across continents. The production plants are aiming to complete the automation and data exchange order to become industrial 4.0 'smart factory's.
