Key Responsibilities关键职责

1、Responsible for new production program’s analysis and financial model’s analysis etc;

负责对新产品项目的可行性盈利能力分析、财务模型分析等；

2、Follow execution of new production program’s budget, issue budget performance report regularly;

跟踪新产品项目的投资预算执行，形成定期的预算执行情况报告；

3、Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for management;

进行财务分析并向管理层汇报；

4、Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets and rolling forecast;

编制年度营运计划及滚动预测；

5、Prepare financial reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis;

编制财务报告，含财务绩效，差异分析及成本分析；

6、Coaches less-experienced financial analysts, subject to arrangement, complete other work order by leader.

培训下属，完成领导交付的其他工作。

Qualification任职资格

Education受教育水平

1、College and above education degree;

大学本科及以上学历；

2、Finance management/accounting related major;

财务管理/会计等相关专业；

Experiences工作经验

1、2 years finance/accounting work experience or above;

至少2年财务/会计工作经验；

2、As cost analysis accountant post in Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises;

在大中型工业企业从事过成本会计分析；

3、Possess Certificate of Accounting Professional, intermediate accountant titles or above;

具有会计从业资格证，中级或以上会计师职称；

4、Skillfully operate ERP financial software such as SAP and Oracle;

能够熟练操作SAP、Oracle等类似ERP财务软件；

Skills技能

1、Skillful operating computer ,especially in Excel;

熟练的计算机操作技能，尤其是对Excel的应用；

2、Good at listen, speak, read and write of English;

良好的英语听说读写能力；

3、Good study ability and conscious of team cooperate;

较强的学习能力及团队协作意识；

4、Good at problems resolving and analysis capacity;

较强的问题解决和分析能力；

5、Good at deal with working pressure.

善于应对工作的压力。
