Key Responsibilities关键职责：

Provide technical supports for channel service providers, quick resolve quality problem for channel customers.

对渠道内服务商进行技术支持,快速解决渠道客户质量问题

Manage and optimize channel supports process and warranty claim process

管理与优化渠道支持流程及索赔流程

Responsible for service claims audit

负责进行服务索赔审计

Responsible for, and promote improvements to process relevant to customer satisfaction to enhance customer satisfaction.

负责进行终端客户满意度相关流程,并推进内部改进,提升顾客满意度

Collect the channel malfunction information and feedback to the related functions.

收集渠道故障信息报告并反馈内部责任部门

Responsible for return process of malfunctioned & failed unites.

负责顾客端问题产品和失效件退回流程

Qualification任职资格:

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor degree, majoring in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering is preferred

本科学历，汽车工程或机械工程类专业优先

Experiences工作经验:

Above 3 years’ experience in engine repair or application, holding experience of end-user service is preferred.

3年以上发动机维修或应用服务工作经验，有终端服务工作经验者优先

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Familiar with modern engine system, understand the working principle.

熟悉现代发动机系统，了解柴油发动机工作原理

Skillfully use FMEA, FTA, 8D, 7Step to solve problems, Six Sigma Green Belt and above is preferred

能够熟练应用FMEA，FTA，8D，7Step等问题解决工具，六西格玛绿带及以上优先

Skills技能:

Good team cooperation spirit, could organize and coordinate departments to promote problem-solving.

良好的团队协作能力，能够组织和协调各部门推动问题解决

Good communication skills

良好的沟通和人际关系技巧

Fluent in English reading and writing, able to speak English for daily communication.

英文读写熟练，能够进行一般口语沟通
