Key Responsibilities关键职责

1、Have good understanding whether the sales volume and market share of loader with GCIC engine is in compliance with the promotion plan of BD department, and take the responsibility in it.

了解GCIC发动机配装的装载机销售数量和占比是否符合市场部的推进计划，并对之负责

2、Understand & feedback on loader dealers & customers’ comments on GCIC products, and coordinate with related departments to consistently improve GCIC engine’s quality & service, timely grasp the key of market needs, thus increasing GCIC’s market share.

了解和反馈装载机经销商和用户对GCIC产品的评价，并协调康明斯的相关部门（技术、质量和服务等）不断改善发动机产品质量和服务，及时抓住市场的关键点，提升GCIC的市场份额；

3、Instruct and train salesman from dealer to get them familiar with the features of GCIC products.

培训、指导经销商的销售人员，使他们熟知GCIC的产品特点；

4、Participate in dealers’ production trade fair to improve the popularity & influence of GCIC products.

参加经销商的产品展销会，扩大GCIC产品的知名度和影响力；

5、Develop mutually trustable & cooperative relations with loader dealers, and guarantee problems feed backed by them solved in time.

与装载机经销商建立相互信任的合作关系，确保他们反馈的问题能够得到及时解决；

Qualification任职资格

1、Bachelor degree, engineering Knowledge

本科以上学历，机械专业

2、Plus 3 years’ working experience in machinery or engine industrial. (Priority comes to these with experience in loader sales or Cummins engine related)

有三年以上的工程机械或发动机从业经验（装载机销售和康明斯发动机背景者优先考虑）

Skills技能:

1、To assist BD Manager complete market promotion, publicity work, collect market information and feedback;

能够协助BD Manager 完成市场推广、宣传工作，收集并反馈客户信息；

2、Visit & provide service for regional dealers and conduct after-sales promotion plan.

能对区域内的经销商（现阶段主要为柳工装载机经销商，未来拓展到其它主机厂的经销商）进行寻访服务和后市场拉动工作

3、Coordinate with BD department to track and provide support to targeted regional OEM.

能配合市场部对区域内主机厂进行定点跟踪和支持

4、Good English in reading, speaking and writing

有良好的英语听说读写能力

5、Outgoing and good at communications

为人性格开朗，善与人交流；

Special requirement特殊要求:

Willing to be stationed at regional service site for longtime.
