职责：Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Analytical system Site Installation Supervision, Site Acceptance Test, Commissioning, Startup and Warranty handling; 参加分析仪表系统现场安装指导、现场验收、调试、开车和质保处理

2. Implement the service project; 执行服务合同

3. After-sales site service and troubleshooting; 售后服务及故障维修

4. Build up the strong relationship with customer; identify and establish relationships with potential customers, understand customer needs and transform/develop them into business opportunities

与现有客户保持紧密联系，与潜在客户建立联系，了解客户需求以挖掘潜在合作机会

5. Provide technical advice and guidance to ensure that customers receive correct level of technical attention及时响应客户的技术支持要求，给客户提供技术建议

6. Supporting testing group to do complete system internal test and Factory Acceptance Test支持内部测试团队做系统内部测试及工厂验收

7. Collect lessons learned during service at site and feedback to QA team收集现场服务过程中及QA部门反馈的经验教训

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Process Engineering or related;电气、机械或化工相关学士学位

2. 3 years working experience preferably in analytical business有3年以上分析系统工作经验者优先

3. Service experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas industries is preferred有石油石化行业服务经验者优先

4. Knowledge on gas chromatography and its application will be an added advantage有气象色谱仪及应用经验者优先

5. Able to endure frequent travel and the hardship of commissioning on site; 能适应现场的艰苦环境并经常出差

6. Good logic elaborative faculty and the ability to solve technical problem;具有良好的逻辑思维及解决技术问题的能力

7. Good Chinese and English communication skills both verbal and in writing; 良好的中英文沟通能力（口语及写作）

8. Good computer skills; 良好的电脑技能
