Key Responsibilities关键职责

1.Lead plant quality control group to control and improve process quality to achieve company quality target, Develop, Mentor, and Supervise quality engineers and technicians to achieve excellent performance;

管理质量控制团队，推动过程质量改善以实现公司质量目标。发展、指导、管理质量团队人员达到卓绝技能；

2.Planning, develop and implement process control and inspection plans;

策划、开发、实施质量控制与检验计划；

3.Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and process improvements to maintenance stable & reliable process;

实施产能研究、数据统计分析及过程能力改善等以提高和确保稳定可靠的过程生产；

4.Lead and push APQP & PPAP approval for external customers;

负责和推动APQP以及PPAP批准流程；

5.Lead problem solving for quality issues;

主导质量问题的解决；

6.Implement & manage process audit and product quality audit;

实施和管理过程审核以及产品质量审核；

7.Support the planning, collection and reporting of quality measures;

支持质量指标的定期策划、收集及汇报；

Qualification任职资格:

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor Degree or above;

本科学历以上；

Experiences工作经验

1. More than 3 years working experience in engine plant on product quality management;

三年以上发动机工厂产品质量管理工作经验；

2. Familiar with mathematical statistics & problem solving;

熟悉数理统计和问题解决；

3. Hold project management experience;

有项目管理经验；

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

1.Have solid diesel engine product experience;

需要具备柴油发动机产品经验；

2.Expert in quality tools and principles, familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, DOE, 7-step, 8D etc., having six sigma certificate is preferred;

熟悉各种质量工具及流程,熟悉使用APQP、PPAP、FMEA,控制计划，SPC,DOE，七步法，8D等质量工具，具有六西格玛认证者优先；

3.Have knowledge in TS16949;

了解TS16949要求；

Skills技能:

1.Good Leadership skills & teamwork spirits;

具有很好的领导技巧以及团队精神；

2. Leader of Continuous Improvement;

善于推动变革以及持续改进；

3. Excellent Communication and coordination skills; Good command of spoken & written English;

具有良好的沟通/协调能力及英语口语、书写能力。
