Key responsibilities关键职责:

1.Responsible for profitability analysis and financial model analysis of the new project.

负责对新产品项目的可行性盈利能力分析、财务模型分析等；

2.Follow up with the usage of new project’s budget and issue regular budget performance report.

跟踪新产品项目的投资预算执行，形成定期的预算执行情况报告；

3.Conduct complex financial analyses and form reports as company management & department required.

进行财务管理所需的各种财务分析并编制相关报告,提供公司管理层要求的分析和一些项目可研等报告；

4.Work with all departments to complete AOP, and ensure its implementation & following-up (including annual budget, monthly expense and staffing forecasts etc.).

组织公司相关部门一起完成年度运营计划的编制, 执行及跟踪 (包括年度预算, 月度费用及员工预测等)；

5.Make out required statistical reporting, including reports of financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

编制各种统计报告, 包括财务业绩, 差异解释及成本分析；

6.Timely feedback the problems found during analysis to responsible functions and accountants, and provide professional opinions or suggests.

将分析过程中发现的问题及时反馈给相关业务部门及会计, 并提供专业处理意见或建议；

7.Provide training to subordinates and fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor.

培训下属，完成领导交付的其他工作。

Qualifications任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree or above, Finance management/accounting related major;

大学本科及以上学历；财务管理/会计等相关专业；

2.5+ years finance/accounting work experience, at least 3 ys experience doing cost analysis in large or medium-sized industrial enterprises.

至少5年财务/会计工作经验, 至少在大中型工业企业从事成本会计分析3年以上；

3.Possess Certificate of Accounting Professional, intermediate accountant titles or above;

具有会计从业资格证，中级或以上会计师职称；

4.Skillfully operate ERP financial software such as SAP and Oracle

能够熟练操作SAP、Oracle等类似ERP财务软件；

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

1、Well understand industrial ASBE and VPI analysis process of automobile and parts industry.

熟悉工业企业会计准则以及汽车及零部件行业的新项目分析流程；

2、Able to conduct cost accounting of BOM accurately, and have basic knowledge and ability of data analysis.

能够准确进行BOM类成本核算，具有数据分析的基础知识及能力；

Skills技能:

1、Skillfully operate computer, especially in Excel;

熟练的计算机操作技能，尤其是对Excel的应用；

2、Good at English skills;

良好的英语听说读写能力；

3、Communication skills

沟通能力；

4、Good study ability and conscious of team spirit.

较强的学习能力及团队协作意识；

5、Skilled at problems solving and analysis;

较强的问题解决和分析能力；

6、Good at dealing with working pressure.
