Know of the developing trend of engine industry on local and abroad, based on the developing condition, make out the blue print for our company on matching

了解本行业国内外的发展动态，根据国内外柴油机应用的发展趋势，为公司产品在匹配方面提出解决方案。

负责进行发动机的匹配开发。

Responsible for the developing of engine, improve our ability on developing work .Apply relative equipment, tools and other things

进行开发能力完善工作，申报开发工作需要的设备设施易耗品及相关工具。

New product field test, application evaluation and review

新产品使用试验、安装评审

Customer application and technical support .analysis and solve the field problem.

客户应用匹配、及技术支持、使用问题分析处理

Competition analysis

Qualifications任职资格：

Bachelor degree or above

大学本科及以上学历

At least 3 years related working experience, with experience on product design and developing, engine matching & developing would be preferable.

至少三年相关专业的工作经验，有产品设计开发、整车匹配等工作经验者优

Be accomplished in AutoCAD and Pro-e.

熟练运用Auto CAD和Pro-E等制图软件

Be familiar with mechanical drawing, tolerance matching and a few mechanical design knowledge.

熟悉机械制图、公差配合和一定的机械设计知识

Be familiar with engine structure.

熟悉发动机结构

Better reading and writing ability in Chinese and English

较好的中英文阅读和书写能力
