Key responsibilities关键职责:

Help QMS supervisor collect and monitor quality objectives

协助质量体系主管收集、监控质量目标

Organize to review, revise and release “Quality Manual” according to the plan.

按计划的频次组织对《质量手册》各项内容（业务流程图、质量目标、组织机构等）进行评审、修订、发布

Manage the upload, approval and release process of the quality system documents in QIS system.

管理文件管理系统QSI中程各类体系文件的上传、审批过程

Help QMS supervisor draft annual audit plan which include QMS internal audit, external audit, management review, manufacturing process audit, product audit and etc.

协助质量体系主管制定年度审核计划，包括质量体系内审、外审、管理评审、制造过程审核、产品审核等

Organize to implement all the audit process, to release finding lists and audit report, to push every department to implement continuous improvement.

组织按计划实施质量体系内审、过程审核、产品审核，编制审核问题清单、审核报告，并推动各部门实施持续改进

Help QMS supervisor collect management review information, implement management review and push the implementation of review actions.

协助质量体系主管收集管理评审资料、实施管理评审、推进管理评审输出措施的实施

Qualifications任职资格:

Bachelor Degree or above

本科学历及以上

2+ year’s relevant working experience in quality system management

两年以上质量体系管理工作经验

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Knowledgeable in ISO9001 quality management system requirements

精通ISO9001质量管理体系要求

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D、7step or other problem solving methods.

熟悉质量管理五大工具及8D、7步法或其他质量问题解决流程；

Understand the major business processes of manufacturing enterprises

了解制造型企业的主要业务流程

Skills技能:

Hold ISO001 internal auditor certification

持有ISO9001内审员认证

Motivated, able to carry out work plan effectively

富有主动性，可有效推进工作的开展

Excellent communication and coordination skills

良好的组织、沟通、协调能力

Good at written and spoken English

良好的英语应用能力
