Position Purpose岗位目的:

Establish and manage ATPU production line and Manual tools/torque tools/fixtures，manage ME project and internal process audit and NGMES ME configuration and technical support to meet customer & business requirements and facilitate company strategies, manage and improve on managed expenses, continuous improvement on cycle time, line balance, capacity and cost, support and improve ME engineer’s knowledge and training, support and improve quality problems.

建立并管理ATPU生产线和手动工具/拧紧工具/工装，管理ME项目/内部过程审核以及NGMES配置等技术活动，满足客户和业务的需求以及公司的规划；管理提升管理费用，持续改进循环周期，产能及成本，支持并提高工艺工程师的知识技能及培训，支持质量问题的解决。

Key responsibilities关键职责：

1.Design the ATPU process and update /maintain the process documents;

设计ATPU 工艺，修订/维护工艺文件

2.Prepare the ATPU product line for new VPI project;

完成VPI新项目生产线准备工作

3.Monitor and Improve engine process capability(CPK，First Time Pass Rate，PFMEA);

监控并改善提高过程能力（CPK，一次通过率）

4.Control VPI project capital under budget;

控制项目投资费用在预算之内

5.Manage and provide the Manual tools, DC tools and fixtures and their repairing/maintenance work for all plant to ensure the product lines running normally;

管理并提供全厂的手动工具，拧紧工具和工装，以及维修和保养工作，确保生产正常运行。

6.Track and check the ER and MCR to ensure the NGMES configuration on time;

跟踪监控ER，MCR等的变化，确保及时完成NGMES的配置

7.Analyze the engine test data and help quality engineer to build test standard;

分析发动机测试数据，协助质量工程师建立测试标准

Qualifications任职资格:

Education教育水平:

1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Automotive/Internal Combustion Engine/mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or other relevant;

本科及以上，汽车、内燃机、机械制造及相关专业。

2.Have plus 3 years’ engine assembly experience and at least 5 years’ experience in ME function;

3年以上发动机装配经验及5年以上制造工程部门工作经验。

3.Hold significant knowledge and experience in assembly operation related to engines and transmissions;

丰富的发动机和变速箱装配运营技术知识及经验。

4.Hold significant experience in Lean Manufacturing Process/Organization;

丰富的汽车制造工艺管理及组织能力及经验。

Skills技能:

1.Good computer skills at Excel, Word, Point Power, Auto cad, Pro-E;

熟练使用电脑软件。

2.Good statistical analysis capacity and project management ability;

统计分析的能力和项目管理的能力。

3.Good ability and command of independent work, team-leading, innovation, learning and communication.

良好的独立工作、团队领导、创新、学习、沟通能力。

4.Have a better training ability and guidance ability;

较强的培训能力、指导能力。

5.Good English skills;

良好的英语水平。
