主要职责:
1.推动客户导向和质量意识文化.协调8D报告,将客户心声转化为行动
2.负责控制产品质量.
3.针对客户投诉,有较快的回应速度,并在会议中及时反映相应信息
4.使用8D报告,保证用正确的方法处理客户投诉(找出根本原因,作出有效正确,可防止性的决策)
5.及时跟进产品和客户状态
6.建立和监督控制计划的完成
7.协调处理客户返回的材料
8.完成在线质量控制,反馈至生产,跟进正确的操作
9.提高SPC分析,协调提高流程的有效性
10.支持内部和外部的审计
11.作为关键用户,负责SAP质量模型
12.人员管理:培训,领导员工,激励团队成员

其它要求:
1.本科学历以上,理科/工程专业
2.至少5年工作经验,2年以上汽车行业或者相关制造行业的相关工作经验
3.了解ISO/TS16949和5个关键工具(APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA and PPAP)
4.了解8D报告
5.良好的英语口语和写作能力

Major task:
1.Promote customer orientation and quality awareness culture.Coordinate 8D report and transfer VOC into actions
2.Responsible for product quality control. Coordinate handling of non-conformity to prevent recurrence
3.High speed reaction to the customer complaint/VOC.Transfer the information within organization and organize analysis meeting
4.Use 8D report and assure customer complaint is handled in correct way(find the root cause, make effective, corrective and preventive action)
5.Follow up the corrective and preventive action status timely
6.Establish and monitor the implementation of control plan
7.Coordinate handling of customer return material
8.Implement online quality control,feedback to production and follow up corrective action
9.Enhancementof SPC analysis and coordinate process capability improvement
10.Support internal and external audit
11.Be responsible for SAP quality model as key user
12.People management: Train,coach people and motivate team member

Other requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree,Education background in science/engineering
2.At least five years working experience and 2 years in a similar role within an automotive or related manufacturing environment
3.Sound understanding of ISO/TS16949 and 5 Key tools(APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA and PPAP)
4.Sound understanding of 8D report
5.Strong English in oral and writing
