Key responsibilities关键职责:

1. Responsible for updating and maintaining standard cost of parts in Oracle system timely.

在Oracle系统中负责及时更新和维护总成件的标准成本；

2. Monthly closed work order, and make the Variance analysis, complete the cost check work.

每月及时的关闭加工单，并做好差异分析，完成成本方面的结账工作；

3. After month closed, compared the standard cost with actual cost of every cost factor, submit the cost analysis report.

每月结账完毕，分析成本各要素的标准成本与实际成本的差异，出具成本分析报告；

4. Approve the material cycle counting report with SCM Dept.

与供应链管理部配合，做好物料周期盘点的审批；

5. Other temporary task assigned by supervisor.

完成领导临时交付的任务

Qualifications任职资格:

Bachelor or above; major in finance management/accounting related;

本科及以上学历；财务管理/会计等相关专业；

Experiences工作经验:

1. 3 years finance/accounting work experience or above; As cost accountant for 2 years or above in Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises.

至少3年财务/会计工作经验；至少在大中型工业企业从事成本会计2年以上；

2. Possess Certificate of Accounting Professional, intermediate accountant titles or above;

具有会计从业资格证，中级或以上会计师职称；

3. Skillfully operate ERP financial software such as SAP or Oracle.

能够熟练操作SAP、Oracle等类似ERP财务软件；

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Well understand industrial ASBE and automobile and automobile parts industry cost accounting process.

熟悉工业企业会计准则以及汽车及零部件行业的成本核算流程；

Be able to do cost accounting of BOM accurately, and have foundation knowledge and ability of data analysis.

能够准确进行BOM类成本核算，具有数据分析的基础知识及能力;

Skills技能:

1. Skillful operating computer ,especially in Excel;

熟练的计算机操作技能，尤其是对Excel的应用；

2. Good at listen, speak, read and write of English;

良好的英语听说读写能力；

3. Good study ability and conscious of team cooperate;

较强的学习能力及团队协作意识；

4. Good at problems resolving and analysis capacity;

较强的问题解决和分析能力；

5. Good at deal with working pressure.

善于应对工作的压力；
