Key responsibilities关键职责:

1.Assure No security incidents

保证无安全事故

2.Provide precise instruments service and data analysis

提供精密仪器测量及数据分析

3.Conduct calibration and MSA for IPV station、leak tester、Atlas tightening machine and AVL test station

对IPV站、试漏机、atlas拧紧设备、AVL测试台架等进行标定及测量系统分析

4.Provide solutions for lab equipment problem and keep maintenance of all equipments.

解决实验室设备的问题及维护保养设备

5.Support on quality problem solving in factory.

支持工厂质量问题解决

6.Responsible for keeping relevant gage and maintaining 5S in the area.

保管相应量检具的完整性和所在区域5S

Qualifications任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above, major related to measurement and control, engine, machinery manufacturing, vehicle engineering will be better.

本科及以上学历, 测控、内燃机、机械制造、车辆工程等相关专业优先

Plus 3 years’ lab work experience in manufacturing company, physicochemical and inspection will be a plus.

有3年以上制造行业实验室工作经验，从事过计量、理化、检验工作者优先

1.Hold necessary knowledge in measurement technology and related operation ability, can understand the drawing and GD&T.

具备必要的测量技术知识和操作能力，识图并理解尺寸公差和形位公差；

2.Skilled to operate metrology、physicochemical、cleanliness equipment to measure engine part, with experience in Zeiss CMM programming will be preferred.

能熟练运用各种计量、理化、清洁度设备对发动机零部件进行检验，有蔡司三坐标编程经验者优先考虑；

3.Able to finish the parts programming and measurement according to parts drawing and provide the traceability report

能根据产品图纸，完成对采购件编程及测量，并提供可追溯报告

4.Familiar with MSA，able to do calibration and MSA of measure equipment regularly.

熟悉测量系统分析的基本内容，能对测量设备定期做标定及测量系统分析

5.Familiar with ISO9001，ISO/TS16949 lab related work.

熟悉ISO9001，ISO/TS16949关于实验室相关的工作

Be familiar to Office software

能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件

Good skills in English reading & writing.

较好的中英文阅读和书写能力

Good teamwork ability to coordinate with each department to push problem solving

良好的团队协作能力，能够协调各部门推动问题解决

Good organizing ability
