Responsibilities关键职责:

1.Establish HSE management process to control daily HSE managing risks based on Headquarter requirements.

按照总部要求，建立HSE管理相关工作流程，对公司日常HSE管理风险进行控制

2.Implement HSE supervision, inspection and risk assessment, to ensure HSE policy, rules and process be implemented strictly.

开展HSE监督检查和风险评估，以确保HSE政策、制度和流程得到有效的执行

3.Involve in HSE risk assessment for facility, equipment changing, and provide solutions.

参与相关设施、设备等变更的HSE风险评估，并提供解决方案

4.Supervise operation of environmental facility to ensure the three wastes discharge complying with the standard.

监督环保设施的有效运行，确保三废排放达标

5.Manage waste material to meet with local government and headquarters requirements.

对废弃物进行分类管理，符合当地政府和总部要求

Qualifications任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree, major in safety engineering/ environment engineering

本科, 安全工程/环境工程相关专业

Over 2 years HSE working experience in joint-venture Company.

2年以上中外合资企业职业健康安全环境管理工作经验

Skill技能要求:

1.Familiar with occupational health, safety and environmental related law and other regulations.

熟悉职业健康安全环境法律法规及其他要求；

2.Have experience in applying ISO14001/OHSAS18001.

具有ISO14001/OHSAS18001管理体系应用经验

3.Master HSE risk assessment method, and be able to provide resolution.

掌握HSE风险评估方法，并提供相应的解决方案；

4.Have a strong HSE awareness and responsibility to avoid unsafe behaviors.

责任意识坚定，勇于纠正不符合HSE规定的不安全行为；

5.Able to perform tasks efficiently, have good communication and planning skills.

执行力强，具备良好的沟通和一定的流程策划能力；

6.Able to reduce shop operation task consistently via organizing & conducting on-site improvement events.

能够通过组织现场改善，持续降低现场HSE运行风险。

7.Able to carry out HSE professional training.

能够开展健康安全环境专业知识培训；

8.Good English Listening, speaking & writing skills.
