Key Responsibility主要职责:

1. Solve the general problem in production on time.

及时解决生产中出现的与产品有关的问题。

2. Responsible for previewing material, deviation and substitutive application in production.

负责日常生产中提出的各类材料评审、偏差回用、零件代用的预审。

3. Organize and participate in the project of critical quality issue.

组织或参加重大质量问题攻关

4. Cooperate with editing new engines assembly and test specification.

协助制定新发动机装配、试验技术条件

5. Instruct new engine assembly.

新产品样机的装配指导

6. Release and managing local part introduction in production.

国产零件装机文件的发放与管理

7. Edit the material for new product assembly and training.

新产品装机指导、培训材料的编制

8. Improve skills by training.

参加培训，提高自身业务水平

9. Responsible for engine design and report to manager or assigned staff

对业务范围内的问题有权处理并向经理或其指定负责人汇报

10. Ensure people and facility safety in production support and relative work.

保证工作及相关活动中人身和设备的安全。

Competence Requirement任职资格:

Education/Certification教育/资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above

大学本科及以上学历

Training培训：

2. Cummins standards training

康明斯标准培训

3. Process Training

EJR过程培训

Skill/Capability技能/能力：

1. Good Chinese and English representation

良好的中英文表达能力

2. Knowledgeable in engine structure.

了解发动机结构和原理

3. Know assembly process.

了解装配过程

4. Understand engine & component tests process.

了解整机及零部件试验过程

Experience经验：

1. At least 3 years direct working experience for product development;

至少3年直接从事产品开发相关工作经验

2. Have experience of manufacture in plant;
