Key responsibilities关键职责:

1. Reduce supplier quality PPM to achieve annual target, improvement year by year.

供应商质量PPM降低活动的年度目标达成及逐年改善。

2. Resolve major/critical supplier quality issue by SCAR process/7-step.

通过SCAR流程和7步法流程解决主要事项及关键的供应商质量问题。

3. Take lead of improvement validation within GCIC and actively cooperate with other function-Product engineering and quality and Manufacturing.

负责协调GCIC内部的工程、质量和制造区域一起验证改进工作。

4. Finish supplier audit according to annual supplier audit plan.

根据年度评审计划完成供应商的审核。

5. Finish claim to suppliers for issues happen at GCIC and Field.

针对GCIC发现问题及售后问题，发布问题抱怨给相关供应商。

6. Finish APQP and PPAP for engineering release and changes according to project timing plan.

对新发布的工程图纸和更改，安排APQP及PPAP工作，并在项目时间要求前完成。

Qualifications任职资格：

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor degree or above, Major is on engineering (mechanical, material etc) .

学士学位及以上学历，专业方向为工程类（机械、材料等）

Experiences工作经验:

1. An automotive or similar background in supplier quality or manufacturing, at least 3 years dedicated experience.

汽车或者类似的供应商质量或制造领域，最少3年的专业经验。

2. Holding experience related with Automobile or engine is preferred.

汽车或者发动机的优先考虑。

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

1. Understand forging, casting, stamping, machining, metal powder and special machining.

了解铸造、锻造、冲压、机加工、粉末冶金和其他一些专业加工工艺

2. Knowledgeable of TS16949/QS9000 Quality Certification, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.

熟悉TS16949/QS9000质量认证、AFQP、PPAP、FMEA、控制计划

Skills技能: .

1. Be able to conduct APQP and PPAP independently.

能够独立的开展APQP和PPAP工作

2. Be able to conduct supplier audit, especially process audit.

可以进行供应商评审，特别是过程控制审核

3. Technical ability to work independently with Chinese suppliers, good project management capability.

有独立的与国内供应商一起工作的能力，良好的项目管理能力。

4. Good problem Solving skill.

良好的问题解决技巧

5. Good skills in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes.

掌握微软办公软件和IBM Lotus邮箱系统

6. Excellent verbal and written skills both at English and Chinese. Be capable of leading telephone conversation in English and being understood.
