Post Purpose岗位目的:

To ensure company lab ability can be effective implemented, job holder should work in lab to operate metrology、physicochemical、cleanliness equipment etc. to measure the parts and give the exact data report.

为了保证公司实验室能力得到有效执行，在实验室操作实验室计量、理化、清洁度等设备，为送检零件提供准确的测量数据报告。

Key Responsibilities关键职责：

No security incidents

保证无安全事故

Follow the safety operating procedure, properly use the measuring equipment

根据设备安全操作规程，正确使用测量设备

Measure the parts

对送检零件进行正确测量

Maintain the equipment

对设备进行维护保养

Save the measuring report and related document

保存测量报告和相关文档

Save gage and keep area 5S

保管相应量检具的完整性和所在区域5S

Qualifications任职资格:

Education受教育水平:

College degree or above, measurement and control, engine, machinery manufacturing, vehicle engineering related major will be preferred.

大专及以上学历, 测控、内燃机、机械制造、车辆工程等相关专业优先

Experiences工作经验:

More than 2 years’ lab work experience in manufacturing company, have team leadership experience or work in metrology and inspection will be preferred

有2年以上制造行业实验室工作经验，有过团队领导经验者优先，从事过计量、检验工作者优先

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Have necessary measure technology knowledge and operate ability, can understand the drawing and GD&T.

具备必要的测量技术知识和操作能力，识图并理解尺寸公差和形位公差

Be skilled to operate metrology、physicochemical、cleanliness equipment to measure engine part, skilled in CMM will be preferred.

能熟练运用各种计量、理化、清洁度设备对发动机零部件进行检验，有CMM操作经验者优先考虑

Be able to finish the parts measure according to part drawing and supply the traceability report

能根据产品图纸，完成对采购件的测量，并提供可追溯报告

Understand MSA

了解测量系统分析的基本内容

Understand ISO9001，ISO/TS16949 lab related work.

了解ISO9001，ISO/TS16949关于实验室相关的工作

Skills技能:

Good teamwork ability can coordinate each department to push problem solving

良好的团队协作能力，能够协调各部门推动问题解决

Good communication and interpersonal skill

良好的沟通和人际关系技巧

Have some knowledge of Office software
