1. Achieve project QCDP target with its commodity suppliers (planning, cost control, supplier process readiness and quality performance)

2. Purchasing RASI & Process Management in Contract Manufacturing Mode

岗位职责：

1. Achieve project and serial life QCDP

（1）Accountability together with SQE for all projects sourced and all purchasing related launch activities (flaw less launch in terms of cost, timing and quality), provide accuracy and timely update

（2）Ensuring continuity of supply at manufacturing locations.

（3）Close cooperation with related departments: Purchasing Quality , Project-Management, Engineering and Manufacturing, Operations;

（4）Follow and negotiate the ECR and part price evolution;

（5）Negotiation with suppliers for all kinds of commercial agreements in order to optimize the price level, capacity, and on time delivery with good quality;

（6）Contribute to identify risky suppliers, and ensure the right level of reactivity and escalation.

 2. Purchasing RASI & Process Management in Contract Manufacturing Mode

（1）Contribute on purchasing process in working mode contract manufacturing

（2）Partnership management in manufacturing site to define new purchasing RASI
