The ABB's Process Industries team engineers and delivers automation solutions from device to monitoring and control, ensuring our customers get the most out of their investment. Our digitalization solutions help improve plant and enterprise productivity, while reducing maintenance and energy costs. Deep domain knowledge enables us to truly understand and address the challenges and opportunities of Industrial Automation.

- Coordinate with local, regional and global resources to execute sourcing plans for high-mix and low-volume product.
- Supplier/materials development and management.
- Supplier capacity and lead time management.
- Supplier risk, relationship and sustainability management.
- Supply market investigation and commodity cost benchmark implementation; Develop, implement and monitor material cost, inventory analysis and other cost saving ways.
- Sourcing strategies implementation; Work very closely with internal customer, have comprehensive understanding of product trend, potential sourcing requirement, supplier base we need, current cost level and the expectations …Setup action plan and coordinate internal team to fulfill the gap.
- Cooperation with global category and commodity manager for optimized supply chain.
- Supplier contract coverage and commercial terms negotiation.
- Take on equipment sourcing activities upon factory requirement.
- Other task assigned by line manager.

- A Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics/Electrical or Supply Chain Management Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in sourcing field in Multicultural Environment.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PPT skill)
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Good communication skills and proficient in negotiations is must.
- High-mix and low-volume (over than 1K items/50+ suppliers management) background and Electrical technical back ground will be plus.
- Aggressive, collaborative, solutions-oriented and strong communication skills.
