Key Responsibilities关键职责 :

Implement ERP system improvements projects and the interface around these systems as business required

根据业务要求实施ERP系统改进项目和及接口项目
Work together with functional users to collect business requirement and design the process
同业务部门用户一起收集业务需求，设计业务流程
Take ownership to maintain and improve finance process and SCM regularly
负责维护和改进财务和库存管理流程
Ensure the business data security during project and maintenance work
在项目实施和维护工作中，确保业务数据安全性
Maintain the system day by day to ensure 100% KPI availability to support business
日常系统，100%达到KPI指标，支持业务
Identify and manage to reduce risk of system running
识别系统运行中的风险，管理并减低风险
Provide in house ERP training to finance key users
给财务关键用户提供ERP内部培训

Qualifications任职资格:
Education受教育水平:
B.A.degree or above education, major in Computer, Information & technology, etc.

本科及以上教育，主修计算机或者信息技术专业

Experiences工作经验:
No less than 5 years working experience, multinational working background appreciated.
五年跨国公司背景工作经验

Specific Knowledge知识要求:
Familiar with ERP, have one cycle Oracle or SAP ERP implementation experience is preferred.
熟悉ERP系统，有完整的Oracle或SAP实施工作经验者优先

Skills技能:
Professional program management knowledge and skills
具备综合项目管理的知识和技能
Solid experience in IT system management.
扎实的IT系统管理经验
Solid knowledge on business processes, policies, project management and business operations
具备丰富的业务流程、政策、项目管理和业务运行方面的知识
Possess good communication skills
具有很强沟通能力
Possess good understanding about IT industrial standards
