Key Responsibilities工作职责：

1、Responsible for the management of the HVAC, power, water supply and drainage system, including new equipment selection, acceptance check, daily maintenance.

负责工厂暖通、给排水、动力系统的管理，包括新设备选型、验收、日常维护。

2、Develop & implement daily maintenance plan for HVAC, power, water supply and drainage system

拟定暖通、给排水、动力系统日常保养计划、方案并检查执行。

3、Responsible for the management of energy consumption and adopting energy-saving measures.

负责工厂能耗的管理并采取节能措施。

4、Make out standard operation manuals for all posts of HVAC, power, water supply and drainage system make sure they are correctly practiced.

编制暖通、给排水、动力系统运行各岗位操作规程并检查执行。

5、Training operators of HAVC, power, water supply and drainage system.

培训暖通、给排水、动力系统操作工人。

6、Responsible for the safety inspection of HVAC, power, water supply and drainage system.

负责暖通、给排水、动力系统安全检查。

7、Responsible for the design, budget, implementation, acceptance check of HAVC, power, water supply and drainage system in the factory construction project

负责工厂建设项目暖通、给排水、动力系统模块的方案设计、预算编制、实施、验收。

Qualifications任职资格:

1、Education受教育水平:

Bachelor degree, major in HVAC engineering.

全日制大学本科学历、暖通工程类专业。

2、Experiences工作经验:

3 years’ experience on mechanical & electrical engineering

三年以上机电工程管理经验。

Independently be in charge of M&E installation project of over 30000 square meters manufacturing plant or with 5 years facilities maintenance experience.

独立负责过3万平方米以上制造业厂房公用安装工程或者制造业公用设施维修5年以上工作经验。

3、Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Good knowledge in HVAC, power, water supply and drainage and familiar with their design and construction specifications.

精通暖通、动力、给排水专业知识和暖通、动力、给排水工程设计、施工规范。

Familiar with the structure and working principle of air conditioner, air compressor, ventilation equipment.

熟悉空调、空压机、通风设备结构及原理。

Understand the basic composition of factory’s HVAC, power, water supply and drainage system

了解工业厂房暖通、动力、给排水系各统基本构成。

Self motivated, hold a strong sense of responsibility.

工作积极认真、责任心强。

4、Skills技能:

Good communication and presentation skill.

良好的沟通、表达技巧。

Good English skills.

良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Familiar with AUTOCAD, office, etc.

熟练使用AUTOCAD、office等软件。

Good planning ability.

工作计划性强，能合理安排时间。

Familiar with facilities maintenance processes & schemes.

熟悉公用设施维护流程、各类维修方案。
