职位描述

Work Location: Guangxi - LiuZhou (Home base)
Reporting to: Sales Manager
People Management Responsibility: No
Travel Required: Yes
Shift Required: No

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Execute China sales and market strategy for assigned customers and also coordinate local resources to capture business for
specific account.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute approved territory market strategy to achieve designated annual budget and long range plan under Commercial
Manager's supervision.
2. Conduct daily commercial and Application Support Service to capture sales & maximize company's profitability. 3. Execute technology strategy for specific customers in conjunction with China Application Engineering Team, Global R&D and
local manufacturing team.
4. Provide efficient application engineering support to capture the business.
5. Provide problem shooting support for customers before and after sales.
6. Execute approved pricing strategy on territory and customer levels.
7. Negotiate PM management system in conjunction with Global and local PM Accountant.
8. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers in conjunction with Legal, site functions under Commercial Manager's
Guidance.
9. Coordinate with global team and site functions to ensure smoothness of validation and qualification processes. 10. Coordinate and execute Global Account's pricing, PM management, Terms & Conditions, validation/qualification process and technology strategy with corresponding Global team for those Global Account Joint venture in China.
10. Obtain, analyze and report market intelligence, customer update, competitor information through but not limited to customer
visit report and monthly reports.
11. Manage monthly forecast.
12. Support sites' payment and delivery negotiation whenever it is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Solid automotive/mechanical engineering or chemistry background or good commercial sense and financial knowledge.
2. 3-5 years working experiences in Multi-national Corporation in Automotive industry.
3. Good understanding for impact of Regulation on short term and long business.
4. Good communication skill, fluent spoken and good written English, good understanding of cross-cultural management style.
5. Executor, action oriented, "can-do" spirit, team player, capability in handling pressures and meeting deadline.
