Position Purpose岗位目的:

This role is to assure continuous improvements of Product Quality Committee (PQC) process to guarantee the defect-free processes that satisfy customer need, also responsible for leading six sigma projects in promoting Six Sigma the primary process improvement methodology focusing on product quality improvement. The role is responsible for leading the continuous improvement culture in promoting VPI & COS and mentors Six Sigma Green Belts in improving business processes.

该岗位主要负责管理PQC流程以推动零缺陷过程满足顾客需求，同时在产品质量领域负责管理六西格玛项目以推动六西格玛作为主要问题解决方法论。该岗位需要推动公司持续改进文化以促进公司VPI以及COS运营优化，同时负责指导绿带推动关键业务流程改善。

Key responsibilities关键职责:

- Responsible for managing product quality issues from different channels and assess the product quality issues risk, also facilitate/organize necessary project for issue solving;

负责收集各种渠道传递的质量问题，评估风险，协调组织必要的项目推动问题解决

- Lead six sigma projects to solve cross-function key issues;

负责六西格玛项目推动跨部门问题解决

- Support continuous improvements focusing on GCIC VPI/VPC

支持推动GCIC VPI/VPCR持续改进

- Participate in potential project selection & analysis; advise BU staff on prioritization of potential project;

参与关键项目的筛选，支持业务部门员工对项目进行筛选

- Support and coach green belts and project team members on the improvement process & corresponding quality tools;

支持/辅导绿带以及项目团队成员，推动过程改进以及质量工具的应用

- Lead regular meetings to drive six sigma and make regular reports to management on improvement project progress, barriers, & issues based on plant level value stream map;

组织周期会议推动六西格玛， 周期汇报给管理层在项目推动进度以及存在的问题

- Support MBB for COS & Six Sigma Functional Excellence;

支持MBB推动COS和六西格玛职能优异

Qualifications任职资格:

- Bachelor Degree and above

本科以上

- Above 3 years’ working experience relevant to Six Sigma

三年以上六西格玛工作经验

- Familiar with Statistic & problem solving

熟悉数理统计和问题解决

- Project management

有项目管理经验

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

- Solid engine product experience is necessary;

需要具备柴油发动机产品经验

- Understand process and tools of APQP/VPI/VPCR; 熟悉产品开发流程及工具
